How we use images
Uploaded images and files are used solely to provide the services you request. • We do not use images to train AI models; • We do not use images for advertising, marketing, or profiling; • All uploaded and processed files are permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Security and access
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and only when necessary to operate the service, investigate technical issues, prevent abuse, or provide support you request.
Storage and location
Data and files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Data transfers use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Third-party providers
We use the following to deliver the service: • Supabase (authentication, database, and storage); • Stripe (payment processing); • Replicate (AI processing). These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver their services.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your account by contacting us by email. EU users benefit from GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection to processing.
